How brain works

The human brain takes in 11 million bits of information every second but is aware of only 40 bits of these. But this number is rejected by many scientists and most of them agree that human brain can processes about 400 billion bits of information per second and utilizes only 2000 bits of information.


Cloud's weight

A medium-sized cumulus cloud weighs about the same as 80 elephants. The weight of a normal elephant, which is a normal and medium size is approximately 200 pounds, which it is multiplied by 8, is 1,600 pounds.


Human skin replaces itself

In an average lifetime, human skin completely replaces itself 900 times. Our skin is made up of about 1.6 trillion skin cells and about 30 to 40 thousands of them fall off every hour. In 24 hours almost human body shed off almost a million skin cells.


People eat bugs

The average person accidentally eats 430 bugs each year of their life. The average human eats 7 bugs a year without knowing it, the other come with the food we eat. It’s actually closer to a quarter of a kilogram, but we do accidentally eat insects.


Light travelling

It takes 8 minutes 17 seconds for light to travel from the Sun’s surface to the Earth. However, it actually takes about 10,000-170,000 years for a photon to travel from the core of the sun to the surface.
